We want to remind our Acero families that the application process for high school enrollment for 2019-2020 is fast approaching. The GoCPS application deadline is December 14, 2018. Log in to go.cps.edu to apply before the deadline. If you are choosing to apply via paper application, all paper applications need to be turned in to CPS at 42 W Madison, Chicago, IL 60602, before 6 p.m.

We hope that you will give Acero high schools your highest consideration by selecting us as one of your top selections. We are happy to host you at any of our schools for a tour. Please note:
- Students must apply to at least one school. If they do not, then their neighborhood high school will automatically be their top selection.
- Students unable to register for the selective enrollment exam should apply for selective enrollment schools and then register for the exam later, once CPS releases more selective enrollment exam slots.
- CPS will release new selective enrollment exam slots on December 18. Please log in or call 773-553-2060 to inquire about availability.
- After the deadline, students can re-rank their selection, via paper request form, available on the GoCPS website.
