everybody here is surrounded by people who have similar work and are just incredibly dedicated and passionate to closing the Gap and entry ensuring that were providing transformative educational experiences for our kids and families who have not always been afforded that that opportunity to retake on your teachers each year and we also take on Advanced teachers make sure that the way we are developing those teachers is individualized that is differentiated based on their needs we're going to push you and also going to provide the appropriately the support we have a instructional coach who works with all of our teachers but it's individualize work so it's tailored to every teachers need on the needs of a first-year teacher are very different than those Craven in their 2nd or 4th or 10 years but through weekly one-on-one meetings through Co planning on through just being on call and checking in in the mornings and after first year teacher is going to get a lot of support from that coach we have professional learning communities where they can support each other and collaborate and talk share ideas we do. Observations where they can observe each other teachers do have a say in what programs we use what technology we have and also what curriculum they use atmosphere is one of them so we do have a strong group of young teachers and we spent a lot of time together obviously training as a staff handling that relationship and so I think that they know and recognize people that they come to work with overtime as is part of that we work hard we play hard and we love even harder
